Working with the Ecove Property Group, Taylor has been selected to build the striking new 39-level Boomerang Tower at the Sydney Olympic Park. The completed project will include 230 apartments, retail spaces, a GreenStar rated commercial suite and six floors of car parking with over 350 spaces.

Created by Bates Smart Architects, Boomerang Tower features a boomerang shaped design architecturally created to achieve optimum solar orientation, with all apartments north facing, gaining 100% solar access whilst maximising views across the entire Sydney Basin. The 1, 2, 3 and 4 room apartments will have access to a landscaped podium rooftop, with a variety of outdoor spaces and communal gardens.

In order to meet the restricted timeline, innovative construction techniques and materials will ultimately combine with elements of contemporary design to create a landmark building within the Sydney Olympic Park precinct.
