This multi-faceted project features administration areas and superior quality residential suites with balcony terraces across multiple wings, surrounding spacious landscaped courtyards. Amenities include an onsite laundry, catering facilities, day spa, hair salon, cafe, and basement car parking.

The project’s location within a residential zone presented several constraints. Private residences adjoin the property on three sides and a nearby school resulted in increased pedestrian traffic.
The project team utilised unique construction techniques and products to complement the architecture, including timber screens and a decorative porte cochere at the entry.
