In partnership with Health Infrastructure NSW and CBRE, Taylor delivered the Refurbishment Works Package 2 within the Campbelltown Hospital Redevelopment project.
The scope of works comprised refurbishing the hospital’s Pathology, Clinical Information Department (CID) and Specimen Collection Areas. As part of the package, Taylor also delivered a brand new dental facility, an exciting new addition to the hospital services.

Communication with all parties was crucial in the delivery of this project to ensure that all works were carried out to the highest quality. In order to undertake works on the CID, the team completed several major service shut downs to the entire building including the Neo Natal Clinic, Inpatient Unit, Surgical Ward, and Drug Health Hospital. This involved specific programming and night works in order to minimise disruptions to the facility and its ongoing operations. The work involved excavation under the existing 5 level building, pouring slabs, blockwork external walls, sprinkler, dry fire, comms, switchboard upgrades and FF & E.
