Taylor’s Refurbishment and Live Environments division delivered the Refurbishment Works Package 3 of the Campbelltown Hospital Stage 2 redevelopment. This was the second refurbishment package undertaken by Taylor as part of the Stage 2 redevelopment.
The project included refurbishing and expanding the existing Renal Department, Biomed, ICT, JMO/Medical administration and HR areas, support services and back of house areas, as well as end-of-trip facilities. The package of works also provided a new northern entrance with associated landscaping, providing much needed connection to the Campbelltown medical campus.
Ensuring the safety of patients, hospital staff and visitors, and maintaining the hospital’s operations were the highest priorities for Health Infrastructure and the South Western Sydney Local Health District during construction. To achieve this, Taylor divided the project into seven stages.
Now complete, patients and the local community will benefit from enhanced healthcare facilities.
