MPark Building A is a 10-storey commercial office building designed to achieve 6 Star Green Star and a 5 Star NABERS Office Energy Commitment Certificate.
Positioned on Khartoum Road in Macquarie Park, the building comprises nine levels of office space (two with terraces), three levels of underground carparking, one level of plant rooms, end of trip facilities and a dedicated retail space. The design incorporates solar panels on the roof and a curtain wall facade to provide the building with high performance heat transmission and acoustics whilst maximising natural light.
The development aims to create a sustainable and contemporary workplace to inspire and connect business communities, with an emphasis on promoting water and energy efficiency. It is designed around the core principles of collaboration and wellbeing needed for people and organisations to thrive.

Building A is the first stage of Stockland’s masterplan Workplace precinct located on the corner of Khartoum Road and Talavera Road in the heart of Macquarie Park, which integrates commercial and retail spaces across 3 buildings. MPark is one of several projects Taylor has delivered for Stockland, these include Cardinal Freeman Village in Ashfield, Coopers Paddock Industrial Estate in Warwick Farm and Stockland Industrial Estate in Ingleburn.
Local stakeholder engagement was critical to the successful delivery of this project as Building A was the first phase of the construction masterplan. In addition, the Ground Floor and Level 1 commercial space was fast tracked to enable early fitout for the proposed tenant.
